― ― S8 ― From September 2013 at Tohoku University Hospital, Advanced Medical Training Center was opened. In this center, surgery training in general anesthesia pig has been held about 30 times in the past and many residents have attended the training of gastroenterological surgery. 1 training overview: The contents of our surgical training, intended for 3-6 people of residents using two pigs in a single training. 2 Effect of our surgical training: We evaluated the level 1 of the four-stage evaluation method of Kirkpatrick for the effect of training using by visual analog scale. We reported that our course was very effective. 3 Ethical aspects as animal experiments : With regard to training plan, in Center for laboratory animal research, Tohoku University, examination and approval, including the ethical issues are being carried out for the training content and methods.
